Help me choose a bag

The backpack I use for commuting is getting a bit tired and now that we're heading towards winter I thought I'd upgrade it for something more high vis.
My requirements are as follows:
Fairly light
10-15L capacity
High vis reflectors (not really after a massive yellow hi vis bag but something normal coloured with hi vis reflective strips).
Lots of pockets - I at least want to separate my mobile from my keys
I've had a look round but couldn't see much matching this description - has anyone got any recommendations?

Very nice quality bag with a hi viz rain cover built in0 -
+1 for Deuter. I have the Cross Bike pack, but that's been discontinued now. The rain cover is hi-viz and stores in a pocket in the base of the bag. I image the others in the range are similar.0

+1 for Deuter
I have the Race EXP air: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/deuter-race-exp-air-rucksack
Enough hi-viz without being over the top, and a built in flouro rain cover for the really grim days. It has an inside zip pocket for phone/wallet and an outside zip pocket too. Also zips down to a smaller size when not stuffed full of gear.

+1 for what he said. Got one and it's brilliant.
