Quick help required!

Londoners, am I ok to take my bike on the overground between Richmond and Dalston Kingsland? I've tried many, many online resources, but can't get a straight answer!

(For clarity, I'd be heading over tomorrow morning, so not peak time)

My friend does Richmond to Crouch hill which IIRC is the same line.

I use that line for work a few times a year and have seen them in the week so I hope a Sunday is no different.
