Has anyone ever successfully managed to get their cashback from using PBK via Quidco?

I have 5 transactions awaiting payment, amounting to approx £40 cashback, going back to Nov 2010. Quidco's response is that payment of cashback is never guaranteed. PBK aren't responding to my queries.

    Has it all tracked successfully?

Its worth keeping with it. Quidco became pretty hopeless for me early this year. I had about £200 of payments that had sat there for months with no progress. Eventually they all came through though and I've now had over £500 from them in total.

One of the things I did was go on their forum and moan about it. I don't know if it made any difference, but they certainly seemed to begin to catch up after that.

I no longer advise people to join quidco - though I am sticking with them. My view is, like their's, don't buy anything just because of cashback. If you're going to buy anyway look to see if quidco can sweeten the deal, but don't depend on it.

It's all tracked and has been like that for months. The 5 transactions were made between Nov 10 - Mar 11. I don't use it that often but when I got my Garmin, the promise of 5% cashback made it cheaper than elsewhere, plus they are a retailer I have used for a while anyway. It's pretty poor form if they offer Quidco as a way of getting your business and then don't honour it.

I've had about £400 cashback so far, mostly on things like car insurance, breakdown insurance, switching energy suppliers etc.
