Cycle coach / fitness assessment in warwickshire

I would like to get myself fitness tested and get a training plan with updates a few times a year. Does anyone know any good people that do this kind of service in / near to Warwickshire?

Ruth is an ace coach I can vouch for that, but I don't think she does fitness assesments, though you could do these yourself to a certain degree with a turbo and a powermeter.
