DT Swiss 240 bearing replacement - who can do it?

The DT Swiss 240 Hugi rear wheel bearings need replacing on my Cannondale Scalpel. But it seems that you need the proper tool kit from DT to do this - about £200 - so I won't diy this one!
My LBS doesn't have the tools either. So can anyone recommend where I can get the bearings replaced? I live in Devon, but I can send the wheel anywhere in the UK if necessary.

My LBS Beyond Mountain Bikes near Guildford in Surrey have the full kit. To be honest you must be able to find someone closer!

Thanks for that. After a while on the phone, I found someone who seems to know what they are talking about when it comes to re-fitting DT Swiss 240 bearings, and has the right tools - Colin Lewis in Paignton. So i'll give them a try.
