Replacement Cleat Bolts

Hi All.
A couple of the bolts on my girlfriends SPD SL's have fallen out, probably due to them not being long enough as the threaded sockets in the cheapo shoes she has are recessed a bit into the sole.
Anyway, I've found a few places to buy some longer bolts (at about £1 each!!!! ) but does anyone know where I can find the little rectangular washers/spacers that fill up the holes in the cleats? They fell out with the original bolts and I can't find them anywhere?
The bits that I mean are the ones in this picture that aren't the bolts or cleat...http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=28895
Don't really want to have to buy new cleats just for 3 little steel washers!
And does anyone know what the thread is on these cleat bolts? Is it possible to just get these from a 'normal' fastenings shop like screwfix or somewhere.

It might be worth looking on e-bay to see what you can get 2nd hand. You may have to buy a used pair of cleats with bolts and washers...but spares are always handy.Where would you be if you fell down a hole?.. Stuck down a hole... in the fog... Stuck down a hole, in the fog, at night... WITH AN OWL!0

Bolts will be standard metric threads, M4 or M5 maybe0 -
Ring your LBS. Had similar problem with a lost bolt and a crank bolt over the years they had spares lying around in the workshop and let me have them for a £10

I could do with some of these I've got a pair of John Luck shoes and the normal bolts don't quite bite.0 -
I also meant to add where do I get some0

Cheers guys. They seem to be M5x8 bolts as standard, so I think we need some M5x12 to cover the additional length required. I can go and get 100 for about a fiver from the usual (non cycling) suppliers for those. Much better than a quid each.
I will try the LBS for a few washers this weekend as there doesn't seem to be a 'standard' size alternative. If they don't have any, I've got tons of washers lying around so I might just file/grind some oversized round ones down into the required shape.0 -
I'd have a set off you if they are like the normal ones (allen key) but longer.
Cheers0
