New Zipp 202s vs 2008 404s

I have been road racing on 2008 Zipp 404 clinchers this year. I have been offered a decent deal on a new set of Zipp 202 tubs. The weight saving is at least 500g compared to my current wheels, although there is clearly some loss of aero performance.

Does one outweigh the other?

Depends on you ave speed, I would be more tempted by the 202's...
