Seen a similar topic around, but didnt want to hijack the thread!
As it starts to get colder and wetter need to think about my feet! Didnt have them last winter, and regretted not getting any!
The main thing though is i need them to fit both my mtb and road shoes.
Not too fussed about whether they are thermal, just need to be windproof and as waterproof as possible!
Just wondered what people recommended!
Thanks

Planet X cheapo ones leave most of the sole uncovered so they wont wear away that quickly if you put your feet down, and they arent as tight as some others - the whole back opens up to let the feet in.0

I guess it depends on your shoes.
I have Sidi Genius 5.5's as main shoe and Sidi Dominator 5 Pro MTB shoes for Winter / commuter duties on a road bike (I don't dabble with the dark side on springy farm gates ).
For overshoes I use Endura Road Neoprene Overshoes http://www.wiggle.co.uk/endura-road-neoprene-overshoes/
These obviously fit the road shoes but the sole on the MTB shoes fits in the holes so none of the material hits the floor on hard surfaces, therefore one pair does all. Teamed with woolie boolie sock and the fact that the Dominators are unvented by feet have never been cold in this combo.
My current pair are into their 3rd year with only scuff damage (repaired with black Duck Tape)Coach H. (Dont ask me for training advice - 'It's not about the bike')0
