Prepeare to have your wallet raped unless you stay in a bit of a flea pit or get a good last minute deal. A lot of Paris hotels below the 'swanky/posh' price bracket are a bit of a muchness but if you want some thing a bit different, try this:

A 'so trendy it hurts' sort of place, but its got a bar/club in the hotel and is walking distance from Gare du Nord if you're taking the train.

Actually not that bad on cost by Parisian standards, but in any case I figured as Kaiser was taking his laydee he's want somewhere nice for some womance (and it's got mirrors on the walls in the rooms )

SERIOUSLY! those are some expensive places!! i know paris is expensive but that is unreal!

The Kube hotel place does look a little bit modern for my liking though.....................

Any Ibis hotel will do you if you are on a bit of a budget and there are loads of em dotted around!

All expensed thanks to work thank god and nope, didn't have the Panda, had a Twingo.

Imagine being asked to pick up the CEO of a £25 billion pound construction company and turning up in one of them.

We looked at going, and realised that it was just not worth the money.. but I still need to think of something for out 15th Anniversary!

Good value for money, rooms clean and tidy, as much petit dej as you can eat, you're in the 13th arrondissement so lots of chinese restos near by.

Hotel is about 2 miniutes walk from the Biblioteque station which has either the RER or the new Tube Line 14 (driverless trains) which gets you right into the centre of Paris in 10-15minutes.

Bloody lovely hotel... probably the nicest I've been in! Not far from the overground train and easy access to tourist attractions.. Plus loads of eateries nearby!
