London Sightseer Audax 11/9 Which bike?

Doing the above (www.hounslowanddistrictwheelers.co.uk/sightseer.html) this Sunday and I have no experience riding in London. Normally, I'd just take my regular audax bike but, from the route directions, this looks like a lot of route changes and pretty low speed affair so wondering if my hybrid would be a better choice? Anyone have experience of this ride or just riding in London generally as to which would be better? Thanks!
