Soft Lacquer, any remedy?

Morning all,
Not posted in ages but over the past few weeks I've noticed the lacquer on my Specialized Pitch become really prone to chipping and damage.
The odd bump or stone chip that the bike takes results in the lacquer flaking off and where its left a mark the surrounding lacquer lifts up slightly. The bikes hasn't been stored in any hideous place or ridden anywhere that would affect the paintwork. Its always been stored indoors where my other bikes live and all the other paintwork is fine
Just wondered whether there was way of slowing the process, any touch up lacquer available?
Hope someone can help
Cheers
Tom

Get a clear two coat touch up system from any car dealer, the pen type that should slow it down.
The laqcuer will start to flake once water gets under it, nothing you can do to stop that other than touching up as soon as you spot it.0
