Avid / Shimano shifter clamps

Anyone know if there is a clamp available, like the Avid Matchmaker/Hope clamps, that will fit an Avid Elixir to a shimano XT shifter

I have heard of people using the hope mounts to mount a XT shifter to an Avid brake, but not sure if they had to fettle it in any way.
