First ride for 2 years!!

i have just got back from my first ride for 2 years only a short ride of about 5 and realised 2 things. firstly how unfit i am these days and secondly how much fun it was to be back on the bike. so much so that my next ride will be tomorrow cant wait

i bet you will be tender in the morning....

i know i was and was only off the bike around 5-6 weeks in march april with a broken clavicle and dislocated shoulder...
