Hub Removal

I have to send my powertap sl+ hub back stripped from the wheel (as they should be replacing the whole hub as it keeps leaking). It's a Mavic Open Pro Rim that it is built on to. The rim is still in good order. Does this require a LBS to stip down or is it just a matter of snipping all the spokes? Don't want to ruin the rim.

Obviously I will need to get it rebuilt again. Anybody know any good wheelbuilders in the Belfast area or am I going to have to send to England?

Oh sounds straightforward. My bro bought a spoke key a couple of months back so should be sorted then.
