    I'll be there with the family my three year old on my bike on his LOCT saddle and the wife is riding with our Cairn terrier in his dog carrier ... A bit of a Circus act have a look at the link :)))

    Quattrojames - I will be there with a couple of mates. If you would like to join us say Hi at the start. I will be on a bright orange Santa Cruz 29er and driving a P reg Toyota Surf.

    How did you get on? I didn't see your circus act!

    It was quite tough I thought, the mud and the wind didn't help!

    We struggled :D the Dorsetshire Gap killed off the Mrs the wheels on the old school ride bunged up with mud had to carry the bike up ...she made it to the Gaggle of geese given the conditions 30k on an old Saracen Trekker comp with the dog in tow total respect ...Father in Law came and picked her up and the dog and the little fella ..I carried on solo needed to make a load of time up to make check point 3 ...but I miss read the road map and dropped off the ridge down past the friary and by the time I realised my error I missed the 3rd check :(

    Apart from that had a great day fantastic event and the byways and bridleways in that part of the world are superb will defo be there next year but solo next time :D
