.....to all the riders i met on saturday morning whilst doing the Killer Loop for MBUK, especially the group of 5 i met at the bottom of lady's edge, i was a little bit lost and you definately gave me some pointers.

Didnt get anyones names so thought i would post here just in case...........

i was the guy on the '06 black Specialized Stumpjumper Pro FSR in the White Alpinestars T-shirt.

    The route was amazing mate, really scenic and some hard climbs through the coombes and the downs were fast and open in places with the odd suprise log jump and then there was smiths coombe which was steep and fast over large loose rocks.

    Its an amazing place and i'll be going back to do that route and more, once you have your bearings you can go prettu much anywhere and you'll find fun. More up and down than afan thats for sure!

    at times i did wish i hadnt removed the granny ring on the stumpy!
  • Hmm Iroad up there last year, Found some okish decents but mostly it seemed a bit gentle on the decents.

    But my friends did say once i'd gone home the next day they found some DH people and then some great DH trails :s hmm maybe worth another visit someday.
