However also I like the fact a German had a go and managed a 60m mound!

    That would be cool if it is actually realized, but I highly doubt it will be.

    it would have a higher chance of coming to fruition if it was one of the arab states. They love wasting their money.

    I was in Germany in the summer, close to the border with the Netherlands. Unfortunately I didn't get round to the ride I had planned to the highest point in Holland - which was downhill all the way from our campsite.
