40 mm front derailleur clamp

I recently bought a carbon frame from Hong Kong. During the build I've hit a problem with regards to finding a front derailleur clamp to fit round the 40mm upright. My derailleur is a Campagnolo Veloce. Can anyone point me in the right direction to finding one that fits and is reasonably priced?
The frame I bought has a small dent/recess near to where the bracket fits if that means anything to anyone.

I'll try an sort a picture out. Not sure about a braze on adaptor. Hopefully the picture will answer a few questions.0

I've took a picture but struggling to upload it. In the meantime the supplier from Hong Kong got back in touch and said a 34.9mm clamp will do th job. Perhaps its just my inexperience, but if my seat post is 34.9mm will the seat tube clamp be 34.9mm? There's definitely no braze on adaptor. I'll try a 34.9 and see if it'll fit... And try to sort the photo out.0

I think he may mean that the seat tube is 34.9.
That "should" equate to a 31.6 seatpost
these are pretty standard sizes, in which case just get a 34.9 mech

Thanks for the replies. A 34.9 has indeed done the trick.
