Hello all,
After just getting myself back into riding again with my new bike, as my old one got stolen 4 years ago.
I'm not sure on what clothing is needed for winter riding? whats gonna keep me warm?
a list would be great so I have something to go by thanks!

Overshoes or sealskinz, I personally just use sealskinz eventually water will fill up your shoes so the waterproofness wont help but my feet still stay warm.
Decent warm gloves too are another thing for me, I use Endura Strikes but I think for this year Ill get something warmer as sometimes my hands did chill a lot at the fingertips.
For the upper & legs, not a lot more than I usually would, except move to 3/4s and have a good jersey/jacket for the upper.0 -
Apparently Merino wool stuff (Base layers, Jerseys) is very good, not had any previously but bought some in the current On One sale:

Good socks are a must for me, last winter I used some Woolie Boolie's, they were very good. If you suffer from cold feet, neoprene overshoes can be useful.XC: Giant Anthem X
