Giant Anthem X1 ghost shifting.

My Anthem has started to ghost shift on the rear mech during descents. I assume this is probably down to the rear mech cable coming under tension as i go through the travel? Is there anything else it could be?

Might sound obvious, but let the air out of the shock and move it through its full travel. Does it make the rear mech change gear? If so then yes that's the problem.
