. . . would you invite Geox to the 2012 TDF after their remarkable performance in the Vuelta?

Not really been a remarkable team performance, has it? Menchov is riding like you expect him to, Sastre has been rubbish all year, Duarte has shown nothing in this Vuelta. Cobo is the only one doing anything out of the ordinary, and it's not that unusual.

    Maybe not......

The rumours and innuendo now surround Ricco's team, Saunier Duval, whose climbers, Leonardo Piepoli and Juan José Cobo, placed first and second at the summit finish of Hautacam on Monday. Asked last night if he suspected systematic doping, the Tour director, Christian Prudhomme, said: "I was pretty disturbed when I saw the superiority of two riders from the same team on the stage to Hautacam. Like the rest of you were, I'm sure."

Saunier Duval withdrew the entire team after the snake was caught I wonder why?

Cobo finished yesterdays stage at the top of the Angliru fresh as a daisy, for me not a good sign, as everyone else looked completely done in. Cobo nearly broke Contadors time for the climb

That 43.44 time was calculated by someone on the Cycling News forum based on the timing of text updates on the CN live ticker. As such it's accurate to the nearest two minutes.
