Hi
Not "road buying" advice as much as "road selling" advice. I'm looking to upgrade wih a new bike but to do so will need to sell my existing bike. Problem is I don't really know what it's worth.
Could you guys give me an idea please?
It's a 2009 Ribble Road Alloy with full Campag Veloce Groupset. It cost me £800 just over two years. I was told when I bought it that it weighed 19.5lb. It's had quite light use and been well looked after. It had a new set of Blizzard Sport tyres two weeks ago.

I sold my Ribble 7005SL with Aksiums and 105 for around £200 on eBay when it was three years old. Must admit I was disappointed.Mud - Genesis Vapour CCX
Race - Fuji Norcom Straight
Sun - Cervelo R3
Winter / Commute - Dolan ADX0 -
I'd guess you'd get £300ish0

Y around £300 I'd say, probably best time to shift it is now as some will be looking for winter bikes0

I think that £300ish is probably about right but it could be worth trying to split it on eBay.
Somebody might pay pretty good money for the Veloce groupset (poss £200 or so) if it's in good order and 10 speed. Sell the wheels and frame and you may get more than your £300 - fees to consider though and a bit more hassle obviously.0
