quick chinese carbon frame question

Seems to be a well regarded seller on ebay with these frames,carbonzone, bikebicycle99
1. is 12k or 3k the better
2.what frame style model number is similar to ribble sportive
3.would most of the components from my giant defy3 2011 be ok to transfer onto it.

3k or 12k - its just the weave of the top layer of carbon and is just cosmetic really - go for the one you prefer the look of.
So long as your current bottom bracket matches the new frame, and the front derailleur is 34.9mm band fitting then you should be fine with the frame you linked to with your groupset. You'll have to check dimensions and geometry of your current and proposed frame to work out stem length etc. The frame listed needs a 31.9mm seatpost - same as the Defy??
