The story is he missed out on the shot put so thought he would have a go at the 100 metres !!!!
Now all for heartwarming stories like Eddie the Eagle and the bloke from Africa who went for it in the swimming pool after learning to swim only a year or two before but I think they had managed to meet the regulatory bodies standards. This just seems like a bit of a joke, wonder if the UCI would mind if I lined up at next years TdF?
