I rather like, for pootling around town anyway - don't make you look like your head is on fire.
FCN 5 belt driven fixie for city bits
CAADX 105 beastie for bumpy bits
Litespeed L3 for Strava bits

Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.

€94! Er...is that not just a skateboard helmet with a hat over it?
  • I'd rather keep my current mushroom head helmet :)
  • You know those air vents in helmets, right? And you know that when you get off the bike, your head is usually the sweatiest bit of you, right? Cover the air vents and what do you suppose will happen?

  • Hmmmm, so the choice is looking like a bowling ball, Miss Marple, Sybil Fawlty or a jockey.

Even for pootling I'll pass. Saw one site that had deerstalkers and bowler hats, bit more fun I think.
