What does the wash label say?
You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

Depends if it has one. Their knee pads don't.
  • Give it to the missus, she'll know what to do. Its what shes there for.

No missus? A female relative will do.

unless the label says otherwise, id put it on a cool wash

i have a saying, but imho it does not apply to this situation but what the heck, im a bit retarded anyway.

"if in doubt, give it a clout"

so yeah, i'd say hand wash it also, i dont own any protection other then a helmet and my own skin. but you cant go wrong with a hand wash really.

but then u have the other side, how do u dry it? maybe let it line dry, then when its still slightly damp wear it for a few hours, so it doesn;t shink or loose shape? i dont know, in all honesty. im just saying what i would probably do "if" i was in said situation.
