Couple of queries:

When cleaning my Juicy 3 calipers, should I be using a proper brake cleaner to remove the filth? Or just clean them out with a damp cloth?

Once clean, is this lube safe to use: http://miniurl.com/124827 It says it's safe to use on rubber.

Other than wiping down my suspension stanchions should I be applying any sort of lube to them?

Brakes - lots of cold, fresh water.

keep that far away from your bike as you can it will cause more issues than you could think about.

I usually stick to warm water with a bit of washing up liquid, for your fork stantions wipe clean then apply some Juice lubes fork juice. spray it on pump your forks wipe clean then repeat.

Bad idea, due to the salt content. Just use water and a little elbow grease.
