They've been discussed here many times before
I used them on my Kona HT
Overall a great tyre for general use. Lots of grip, great for climbing and braking combined, plus they do last long as long as you keep them off the blacktop.
Bear in mind they are directional, so take note of the orientation when fitting them0 -
I only bought them because the colour matched my bike. However, I was pleasantly surprised with their performance.
It turns out that they are the most highly rated tyre based on Wiggle's customer feedback with a 5 star average from 201 reviews.0 -
And what bout the 1.8 size, is this definetly too small? Im looking for something rolls nice and fast so...Swveeeet¡¡¡0

they used to be THE tyre to have but there are better out there now.
But still a good general tyre."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

They're still a very good tyre, I'm running an old pair of Fire XC 2.1's I had laying around on my Duster at the moment and loving them. Good grip and braking as mentioned and fast rolling too.
They're not the biggest of tyres though (would be especially true of the 1.8s), so if you like to run your tyres soft to provide some extra cushioning then there are better options.0 -

+1
and you can often get them at a good price.0 -
Aye, good solid performers, not the best but not the worst and they can do a bit of everything. Feeling their age a bit now, though.Uncompromising extremist0

You can not say that and not say what you think is better.0 -
make sure you get the pro version, the non pros can be quite poor.0

Oh I can very easily as the OP did not ask about any other tyre."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
