    really enjoyed today, or i should say really enjoyed walking up the hills :lol: been asleep all afternoon only woke up about 40 min ago :roll:

    Will be a few weeks before I do local rides got Dalby this Sunday then a course at Gizzy weekend after then its last race up at Lee quarry.

    Btw, leg is fine just pedal rash!

    Dropper seatpost should arrive today so can't wait to test that out. :wink:

    Ummmmm yepz, lol. the bolts was on my work top... just where i left them. im so dumb lol. that wont happen again. but i am gonna strip it all down n give it a service. my rear hub sounds shagged. its not good. so i think im gonna take some time out, save up n do some upgrades :)

    least you're ok though, you'll wear the shin guards next time i think? :P

    Probably not, its only pedal rash..

    Your forks should have oil in as well, search for a service guide.

    Cheers guys for a great introduction to Gisburn forest yesterday. Didn't manage to get a sleep yesterday so knackered today, not stiff though.

    Matt on that link goto service and download the workshopbook, then look at page 134 it gives oil weight etc for each fork.
