Burgess Hill Chain Gang Thursday Nights
Officially the chain gang is called the JANE MURRAY CHAIN GANG it meets at 7pm just outside park cameras in Burgess Hill.
it last an hour.
You will of course need lights. :arrow: no prizes for the strongest beam but just a great out flowing of admiration for your fellow chain gang riders

The first session is on 1st September then held every week. There is a danger that you might get fitter in the Winter than you were in the summer !
1st 20 min Restricted gears Maximum 34x12 or 39x 14 pace 22mph
2nd 20 min Restricted gears Maximum 34x11 or 39x 13 or 50x16 pace 23mph
3rd 15 min No restricted gears pace 24mph
4th 5 min maximum speed fartlek training
This event is RUN by the SUSSEX NOMADS CYCLING CLUB but everybody is welcome to join in

Well done to all those that join in on the 1st Burgess Hill Chain Gang.
Next weeks Chain Gang will be the same format but the group will be split in to two groups.
Two smaller groups instead of one big group will mean we can have a pursuit style chain gang with each group trying to catch the other.
See you on Thursday the 8th.
This chain gang is run on a small circuit so there is no problem with getting dropped just join in on the next lap. This Chain gang is for all abilities.
