Rockshox Recon remote lockout cable.

Hi all, just need a bit of advice on how to replace the cable, and where I can get one from, its maybe straightforward to anyone who's done is before but I haven't and am a bit hamfisted and don't want to attempt it if there's a chance I could create more problems, thanks.

    it is a gear cable inner and brake cable outer.
