decent wheel builder in nottingham?

The spokes on my rear wheel keep snapping at the elbow so have decided it'd be best to get the wheel rebuilt. Am I best off going to my LBS or a specialist wheel builder? If a specialist wheel builder is the best optin does anyone know a decent wheel builder in nottingham.

Freewheel in the city centre (hockley) is good, as are Bunneys cycles on canal street. I don't know of many other shops in notts that I'd actually trust with my wheels, most of them are crap.
