As i collect my nomad this week i am getting a bit over excited ha. (only been waiting about 10 weeks) will get some pictures up as soon as.

well the carbon frame only comes in black or white so its white. did want the pink but just didnt do it.

And the xx stuff as its made of carbon cheese, get some tough bits those places instead and i love it when the pictures come in

rims dont get much tougher than flows you know!! they may be pretty light but theyre tough as fook!!

I'm loving mine so much that I've forgotten about my other bikes and my new project. And to do report on mine

BTW I don't think you will be able to use a SRAM XX front derailleur. This is what Santa Cruz had to say when I was building mine....

"Due to cable routing and space considerations, current SRAM front derailleurs will not work with the Nomad Carbon. For 2 x 10 drivetrains, we suggest using a Shimano XTR Double Front Derailleur FD-M985. For 3 x 10 drivetrains, we suggest the XTR Triple Front Derailleur FD-M980"

Also this is IMO, you plan to use SRAM XX crankset. These cranks are build in mind for BB30. And I know you can get them to fit a standard size but It won't be stiff enough for an already soft crankset. Maybe look at Shimano, Raceface etc etc...

At 25mm on an bit of a fun 6" bike they will provide crap profile for larger tyres. i still think there a crap choice for this kind of machine

suppose its each to ur own however i wanted to keep the price down in a few areas. spent enough as it is and i had them old ransom and was happy with them on that.
