Valve extenders

I'm looking for recommendations for valve extenders that will work with a tyre puncture sealant. I'm running tubs on my carbon wheels but instead of carrying tub tape and a spare tyre a can of sealant like the vittoria pit stop will be much better.

I've looked at the topeak ones but is there amythink better?

    you can buy a presta to schreider valve convertor for about £2 made out of brass , i use them all the time , and as i don't own a track pump its quite handy for using the petrol station air pump , i normally ride at 80 PSI .
