spesh comp upgrades

Hi I recently bought a spesh comp stumpjumper 2009 in absolutly mint condition I was wondering if i could upgrade the forks rear shock and wheels and maybe double ring to give it more of a freeride angle , do you think the frame could handle it and parts do you think i should go for budget around a grand thanks

How much did you pay for the bike? Whatis the spec?0

If your wanting a more freeride angle, then I would not bother changing anything as it's a 120mm platform....I would sell the bike on, and with the grand you have buy a 150/160mm freeride bike0
