Off for a 70 miler

I am off for 70 miles today, I have just had a high carb breakfast, and a couple of pints of water, last night dinner was pasta, and I will have a small bowl of pasta for lunch before I leave, I have some torq energy gels for the route,

Is there anything else I need to do or take to keep me going?

I have done the ride before but as a "lets just see if I can" ride, but i want to better the time and ave pace.
