Ladies only Cappuccino ride is on the 4th September

The next Ladies only Cappuccino ride is on the 4th September.
These are free rides which start from Ditchling at 9am

These are 45 mile rides with a Cappuccino stop half way all ladies welcome .

    There'd be uproar if we had a "men only" Can o'lager sportive!! :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

    Although we will be sticking with the Ladies only Cappuccino ride for the moment
    I would though like to point out that there is a men's ride on at the same time (the men leave a few moments earlier and go a little further to the feedstop) we are just doing out best to encourage the ladies to band together and have a great day out on the bike.
