    The next logical step would be to develop a system that was hard-wired into the nervous system and connected the brain internally to the fingers without the need for a battery or wi-fi technology. Oh....

    The iphone shifting looks amusing until some one walking past has the app and decides to shift for you.
    I doubt that the mind control would work unless you are focused entirely on shifting so nice views or killer hills or winds would probably destroy it.
