Called into Ribble yesterday which is one of my local shops to pick up a few bits for the weekend.
Looks like theyve had a change in policy and no longer do counter sale.
Now you can only buy on line or order & collect.
Very dissapointed having waited for 10mins to be seen just to be told I couldnt be served.
They guy behind me was in the same boat and had travelled much further.
Needless to say theyve now lost a customer.
Thankfully Merlin isnt that far away and got my money.
