Steve Jobs had cancer. I'm not sure if Apple have said he has it again. I believe Apple said he's left for "Medical reasons", but that could be chronic toothache.

He had a liver transplant a couple of years qgo. In retrospect, insisting on a liver that was bright white and looked cool but was incompatible with his other existing systems probably wasn't the best idea.

"A sick pathetic joke", a bit strong I think. Now I will concede it was a pathetic joke, but why sick? Where did I mock the fact that a man has/had cancer? It was just a silly play on words, if you can't see that then I suggest you are the one being a bit pathetic. Like most people, my family has been affected by cancer, so you accusing me of making a 'joke' out of the disease is not f'kin on. You need to lighten up and stop looking for something that's not there!
