Turkish Delight

In preperation of a two week 'show me the sunny' break in Turkey, myself and Lady Cornerblock have just been for a Turkish Bath in an Ottaman stylee! For those of you who have never experienced a Turkish Bath, you are dirty! Seriously, it is superb and I reckon with all the dead skin that's been removed it is a must for all you Weightweenies. I am gonna slice through the air tomorrow! I am sooo relaxed.

    I succumbed when we were in Turkey earlier this year. Hot jacuzzi - steam room - full on turkish bath - full body massage.

    I'd always been a bit sceptical, but found it bloody brilliant!
