Planet X Model C wheels-maximum tyre width?

I have a set of Planet X Model C wheels. I intend to put these onto a cyclocross frame and will use the bike for riding trails. Can anyone tell me the maximum width of tyre I can use? I am thinking of Schwalbe Sammy 700x35 but unsure if they are too wide?
