BB help!

Hi all,
Another BB / spacer question I'm afraid. I'm in the process of swapping my old 2009 Genesis Core 40 frame for a 2011 Genesis Latitude frame. The Core had a 68mm BB shell, the Latitude has a 73mm shell. On the Core, there were 2 spacers on the drive side and 1 spacer on the non-drive side. Do I remove all the spacers to fit the BB on the Latitude?
Hope someone can take pity on me and answer my probably dumb question!

presuming Shimano HT2? and no BB mounted anything.
