Advice on repairing/replacing chainrings/crankset

I have a FSA Gossamer Mega-Exo 50/39/30 triple crankset that's a few years old. The 39t ring is bent slightly and is affecting shifting, and the other two rings are pretty worn with probably > 5000 miles on them.

Can I get replacement rings for this? It's marked as BCD 130mm - will any brand do or do I need to find FSA rings?

Am I better swapping out the entire crankset (and presumably BB too) ? The rest of the groupset is 105 and a different colour (silver) to the FSA cranks (black), so I'd kind of like to swap to 105 on the crankset too

I'd switch to the 105 crankset / BB rather than faff about with chainrings. Probably not that much difference in terms of cost if you shop around or find a lightly used 5603 crankset on Ebay

To answer the original questions, yes you can change just the rings, and yes any 130mm BCD rings will fit - TA do some good value ones. And do you need to chage the other rings? Are the teeth "hooked" and showing signs of wear? 5000 miles isn't much on a decent set of rings - 100 miles a week for a year - pretty light use if kept clean and lubed.

But of course you can replace the whole thing plus BB if you prefer, but a inner ring for the FSA one and ebay it.

The big ring teeth are hooked and worn, so it needs replaced at least. Maybe it's been more than 5000 miles...

FWIW at the prices I'm seeing there's about £20 difference between buying chainrings and a whole new 105 crankset, but then I'd still need the Hollowtech II BB cups right?

If you don't get the Hollowtech II cups with the crankset you could always get a Tiagra set.
