I want to put some mud guards on my commuting bike, but it also doubles as my crit bike.
Do you think I would be 'allowed' to use some crud's when I am racing?

Certainly not in the UK - mudguards are not allowed in bunch races - they are dangerous as they can shatter into sharp jagged bits of plastic in a collision.0
