IMB on Iphone

Hi all,

Anyone got any ideas on this. Following the IMB (International Mountainbike Magazine) link for downloading to Iphone it says the following

Simply download the file to your laptop, add the file to your iTunes and sync with your iPad. The issue will then appear in your iBooks app on your iPad or iPhone

I've DL to my latop however I can't see how to add the file to Itunes, I'm sure it's pretty obvious but I'm not seeing it..

if you go to file on the top left, go to add file/folder then select the folder where the file is, double click and hey presto.
Sync and job done
