Internal cable routing. Is a 4.0 version for 2012, but prices are up again.

Just wondering, but why is internal cable routing a big thing? I assume it adds to the cost?

I don't see the fascination, its not like it doesn't work externally!

if anything its a massive pita! Took me a good hour to re route the cable through my Meta swingarm! (I forgot it was internal routing and pulled all the cable out by accident )

Yeah it looks slick and adds protection to cables but massive pita re routing

Is internal routing proper cable ducting from one hole to another, or is it just 2 holes in the frame and you have to use 16 fingers and twist the fabric of space to line the cable up as you thread it through?

Trying to see if I can afford to get an Avalanche at the moment. Big fan of the GT bikes, they look cool.
