Stumbled upon C.I.C.L.E.'s Bicycle Lifestyle Guide and C.I.C.L.E..
Nothing to do with anyone here AFAIK, rather a West Coast view, but some interesting reading, and some attractive presentation nevertheless.
Not sure why I should be surprised about this but there do seem some similarites between California and UK e.g. a shared sense of community.

Has been a bit moribund for most of this year, but seems to have had a re-design and revival.
For me, the standout site in the US seems to be BikePortland.org It is very Portland specific, but the editor, Jonathan Maus and his merry crew manage to get new local and national stories out almost every day.
And, of course, for frequently (very) heated discussion on pretty much all cycling matters, bikeforums.netOrganising the Bradford Kids Saturday Bike Club at the Richard Dunn Sports Centre since 1998
