What are all these women doing? I've noticed a lot of women, friends included, have piled on a few pounds over the past 4 months! Seems to be a growing trend.
Anyway back to the morning! 3 day week, probably gotta work my arse off and make sure I leave plenty of instructions for the numb nuts.

My first day back in work after 3 weeks leave
But on a plus side I'm not starting until 0900 and have a football competition to play in today

Morning Chaps and Overweight Chapess's
Feel shattered from the weekend. No real physical activity but being outside in the sun yesterday at silverstone has taken it out of me. No riding for me, and i did that thing where i stood at the shed door looking in at my stead just daydreaming of riding
Proper skint now and i have weeks before payday and bank holiday/birthday weekend coming up, anyone want to buy a kidney? one not so carefull owner?
Anywhoo on with the grind.0 -
I don't need a kidney but I wouldn't mind a cheap, light, full suspension, glow in the dark 29er!+ 1001 posts reset by the cruel cruel moderators!

Morning
would start with a meh, but off on holiday on Thursday so must look on the bright side.
Day of work & study and hopefully finish latest assignment tonight so I can have a couple of nights off before the holiday!0 -
Morning fweaks
Knackered this morning, late for work, again... and I'm going to finish early as I'm at the doctors having a toenail removed. Lovely.
Not got much else planned for the day, off down to London tomorrow to move the last few things across to the new flat so suppose I'd better work out if there's anything up here that I could be taking down there.

fourth night of no sleep thanks to our annoyingly active 4 year old, even coffee has failed to wake me up this morning. My back's also sunburnt from a day at Frinton yesterday despite having factor 30 on and bizarrely my legs are still white.
2 day week so it's busy, busy, busy!Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

I am aching this morning as I cycled a fair few miles to play tennis yesterday, knackered myself out on the court in the hot sun then cycled back. Today will be spent doing not a lot as I can't be ar$ed."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -

Have to put my hand up and admit to having put on rather a lot of weight, and lost a lot of muscle tone. But then I've got an excuse! Also, I have lost half a stone over the last couple of months so I'm already making progress.
Day off AND pay day. Get in. (Although I've already spent half my food budget getting stuff in for the party I had on Saturday. Got a *lot* of alcohol in the house now, will be living off that I reckon)
Tidying, and generally just lazing about the place for me today.
Kisses

Yo Maggots!
Cannot really say I had a good night's sleep at all.
Woke up at 7AM, "thought" I'd set the alarm for 8, so closed my eyes for 30 seconds and woke up at 09h15 when I got a text message from the better half.
Now that I am semi awake and logged into the office, I still feel like the coma kid and will probably end up falling asleep at my desk.
I have to go to Halfords today to return my £80 Halforfds 'Professional Series' hatchback bicycle carrier that broke yesterday. Thank goodness it broke before I headed to Cannock
I do have the receipt and am hoping the won't be full of shyte about the return/exchange0 -

Stuck in the control room this week in the windowless IT office again
no riding was had by me over the weekend as both me and the bike are still broke from last weekends attempt at Fort Bill, though my mates did go out and find some new (semi) local trails and proceeded to phone me to tell me how good they were, Gits!Attention all planets of the Solar Federation - We have assumed control.0 -

Morning tards and tardesses
Woke up with a steaming headache after yesterdays birthday celebrations garva and drambue is a lovely drink but boy does it take it out of you. Have decided to catch a bus for the first time in years to nip into Manchester, £4.20 to ride on a chav infeasted, smelly, noisy vehicle. Think i'll treat myself to some fox demo shorts, some new DC's and tickets for a q+a with Kevin Smith.
Anyway latersWhat if your dreams and fears existed in the same place? What if to get to heaven, you had to brave hell? What if everything you've ever wanted cost you everything you've ever achieved? Would you still go there?0 -

Er, no, love, she's just in good shape. Maybe, just maybe, she doesn't want love handles, bingo wings and a triple chin, like YOU :roll:0 -

Good Afternoon Freaks!
Today, the sun is shining, there's virtually no wind, in other words, perfect riding weather. So, I took the NRS for a blast (well, a bimble really...) this morning. 8)
Need to spend less time riding the Focus and more time on the MTBs as I found the riding position on the NRS a little awkward today.
Came home to Mrs C making bacon, pasta and cheese.
Going to do some fettling in the garden this afternoon and then home made curry for dinn0rz.

Afternoon anusbreaths.
I'm running on nowt but caffeine at the moment, and have just had a very productive meeting at uni. It was so successful that I may be using it as a masturbatory aid for the next month.0 -

Well there's none working any excess flab off at my gym. I have to put up with a right bunch of old duffers. Maybe I should try going after work instead of before and see if there's a better standard.
Properly bored today, work is very slow and tedious but has been tempered with the fact that the stupid cow I have to work with and can't stand is only in tomorrow and off for the rest of the week. Result0 -

Afternoon turds !
On the morning shift at work doing yet more PAT testing, this alongside some point to point testing of machine wiring has left me tired, fed up and grouchy. Still on the good side my best friend hasn't moved away from here which is awesome, the works do and post-do booze session is upcoming and if this weather holds up going to be dogging over the chase some point this week (over the follow the dog, naturally )0 -
