Bleeding giant root brakes

Could anybody help me!
I have a giant talon 2.5 which has giants own root hydraulic disc brakes and the problem is I can't find any information on bleeding! There is nothing in the owners manual and I can't find anything on the net.
The best I can find is the shimano method as these also use mineral oil so I think I may be able to use this method.
If anybody knows of any links which may help me or even personal experience in bleeding these brakes then I'd be extremely grateful.
If the method is the same as the shimano one then is it better to bleed from the caliper up or from the lever down?
Thanks in advance

which version? they have more than one version."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Sorry mate not sure, all it says is MPH root hydraulic brakes. It's from a 2010 model talon 2.5 if that helps0

right the newer ones. look at an avid juicy manual for basic operation and bleeding.
IIRC they work similarly. but without pics it is hard to be 100%"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
